The Flair Classic is a fully manual espresso maker capable of brewing between 6 and 9 bar pressure, hitting the standard expected for cafè quality espresso. You handcraft the espresso you make from the Flair every step of the way, lending itself to a tactile and intentional espresso-making experience. With the Flair’s bottomless 2-in-1 portafilter, you can brew with either a bottomless or a double-spouted portafilter. Adding the Pressure Kit gives you a stainless steel tamper and a custom pressure gauge to ensure repeatable extractions and adds a layer of experimentation to the process.
